offering Influenza (Flu) and Pneumococcal (Pneumonia) Vaccinations to
the Public for the 2008-2009 Season.
Flu Shots $30.00, Flu Mist $40.00, and
Pneumonia Shots $45.00
We accept Cash, Check & Medicare (Part B, Non-HMO).
You must present your health insurance card at time of service.
Please, remember to bring a photo I.D., such as your driver’s license or
state I.D.
You must be 18 years old or older
